VEGGIE LETTUCE WRAPS

Just in time for summer - these refreshing veggie lettuce wraps can be made in under 5 minutes and are super delicious and healthy!

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of bib lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons of hummus (I love Sunflower kitchen's hummus)
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Sprouts
  • Peppers, cut into small pieces

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients into your lettuce wraps and enjoy :)

 Serves 1
