Looking to pack as much nutrition into you morning smoothie? Try my green vanilla smoothie - delicious and jam packed full of optimal nutrition.
- 1 handful of cilantro
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup of plain almond milk
- 1 tsp of maple syrup
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp of collagen
- 4-5 ice cubes
Add all ingredients to NutriBullet or blender of choice. Blend on high and enjoy!
