Fruity Summer Popsicle

Popsicles are the perfect summer treat - but store bought ones can often be filled with refined sugars and artificial sweeteners. These homemade popsicles are the perfect way to keep yourself refreshed and hydrated all summer long, using clean, healthy and simple ingredients. Ingredients:

  • Coconut water
  • Fruit of your choice:
    •  strawberries
    • kiwi
    • blueberries
    • peach
    • watermelon
    • raspberries
    • pineapple
    • orange
    • cherries

Directions: 1. Blend up your fruit of choice and add into your popsicle mold. 2. Allow to freeze overnight and enjoy!
