A twist on a classic - this avocado bruschetta is a definite crowd pleaser! Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ¾ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro (optional)
  • 2 avocados, cubed
  • Ryvita snack bread (or you can use a multi-grain baguette)
Directions: Mix all ingredients together in a bowel and top on bread or crackers.Serves 6IMG_7300 IMG_7303
