3 INGREDIENT GLUTEN FREE PANCAKES

These 3 ingredient pancakes are so simple to make and are absolutely delicious.
- 1/4 cup of 2% cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup slow cooking oats
- 2 eggs
Directions: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Add into a small pan and cook on medium heat until cooked through, flipping halfway. Enjoy warm!Serves 1
