Lisa has always been fascinated by the body. She spent 6 years working full time in the fitness world facilitating yoga classes, anatomy classes, yoga teacher training courses, pilates classes, and personal training full-time. Lisa furthered her education by attending the Institute of Holistic Nutrition where she holds the designation of Certified Nutritional Practitioner with honours.
Lisa’s drive for guiding others along a balanced way of living comes from her own struggles with weight loss, anxiety, all-or-nothing thinking, and burnout. The all-or-nothing mindset made her lose trust in herself—she was frustrated, overwhelmed, and lost. Lisa’s experience and empathetic approach helps her clients achieve the body they want and feel their best, all without counting calories or spending countless hours on the treadmill.
