Amanda has always had a strong interest in health, fitness and nutrition. Her studies began in the area of psychology and mental health, when she received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto. She then obtained her Master of Arts degree in Crisis & Trauma from Tel Aviv University. Developing a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection and the effect that diet and lifestyle changes can have on our overall wellbeing, she then pursued her passion for nutrition at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition. With a mindful, empathic approach, Amanda works towards helping others discover the healing potential of food, and to regain control of their health and their lives.
