Veggie Lettuce Wraps

Just in time for summer – these refreshing veggie lettuce wraps can be made in under 5 minutes and are super delicious and healthy!



  • 2 pieces of bib lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons of hummus (I love Sunflower kitchen’s hummus)
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Sprouts
  • Peppers, cut into small pieces
