Kristen holds the designation of Registered Holistic Nutrition from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She is a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor, and holds a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education, and a Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University.
Kristen is a fitness enthusiast with a passion for food and nutrition. After graduation she went on to pursue a career in Health Promotion where she has had the opportunity to work with and support individuals as they embark on variety of nutrition and fitness goals.
Kristen believes in the power of prevention, and that small changes can make a big difference in overall health and wellbeing.
