Allison is a food loving nutritionist with a passion to help and educate others. After studying nutrition and healthy lifestyle promotion at Humber College, she furthered her education in health and wellness at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. Through her personal and professional experience, she really understands the importance of nourishing the body properly for weight loss, increased energy, optimal digestion, hormonal balance and so much more. Having gone through the difficulties of yo-yo dieting, Allison knows that the path to wellness can be complex. With this understanding, she has developed an approach that focuses on realistic and maintainable goals for each unique client. Allison is driven to help others build a strong foundation through nutrition and be the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves.
