The holidays are over, which means it is time to start detoxifying!  These green, detoxifying smoothies are chock full of nutrients that will help to kick start your digestive system, boost weight loss and get you back on track to feeling your very best!

Bring me to life smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup kale
  • ½ banana
  • ¼ cup frozen mango
  • 2-4 ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 chunk of fresh ginger root (peeled and chopped)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend all until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ banana
  • 2 cups of baby spinach

  • 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter

  • 1-2 cups of fresh baby spinach
  • ½ tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • Fresh mint leaves to garnish, optional

  1. Blend together all ingredients, except mint
  2. Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves
