Healthy snack ideas to boost your metabolism

Feeling that afternoon slump coming on around 3:00pm? Try out some of these healthy snack ideas to keep blood sugars stabilized while boosting your metabolism!

  • ½ cup 1% cottage cheese + ½ cup mixed berries
  • Apple + 1 tablespoon natural nut butter (i.e., peanut butter, almond butter, etc.)
  • Veggie sticks and 2 tablespoons garlic hummus
  • 6 Mary’s crackers + 1 baby bell cheese + ½ cup grapes
  • 2-3 Clementine’s + 30 unsalted pistachios
  • 1 cup shelled organic edamame sprinkled with sea salt
  • Small container of 1% vanilla yogurt + ½ banana sliced on top
